Health coaching is one-on-one personal training from a holistic wellbeing approach. We have several health coaches available to work with you and you can book with whoever you like – mix it up and train with different coaches to get the best of everyone’s strengths and styles.

How it works:

Your health coaching membership is charged to your account the same as your club membership. Book your sessions via our app, on our website or at the front desk with our client services team. Sessions are up to one hour each. There is a minimum one-month term before changing or cancelling your health coaching membership.
